About DREAM Fund:
Dedicating Resources to Employees of Advertising and Media (DREAM) Fund is a nonprofit foundation and the support link to the community of advertising, public relations and media professionals across the Southwest. We exist to aid colleagues – in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Louisiana – through financial assistance and emotional support during times of personal crisis.
Since 1991, DREAM Fund has gifted over $1,500,000 to individuals facing illness, medical emergencies and other unexpected hardship.
Your tax-deductible contribution to DREAM Fund can ensure continued help to those who need it – people who, many times, would not qualify for assistance from other sources.
Bad things do happen to good people. But beautiful things happen when people pull together. And teamwork is what makes our DREAM work.

Board of Directors for the Dallas Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association (DFWIMA) elected two new members to the board, approved a new board structure, and appointed new committee members to assist with committee responsibilities at their July 8th meeting.
Elected to the board were Clint Coover of LIN Digital and Brittany Smartt of Adconion Direct. Coover will serve on the board in a PR/Communications role and Smartt will serve as the board’s secretary.
Other changes to the board included the approval of Paul Harris of Tremor Video to President, succeeding Meredith Howarth of Mobile Theory. Howarth will now move into the board’s Second Vice Chair position. Kendra Allen of Millennial Media was approved as the board’s Vice President. “I’m excited to have these new additions to our Board as well as the recent changes in board responsibility amongst our current members,” Harris said. “We want to improve the organization’s communication to our members and become a more robust resource for information regarding what is happening in the digital-marketing community in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.”
The current board consists of Amy Bartle of La Quinta Inn and Suites as Programming Chair, Bridgette Bell of Adconian as Treasurer, Alisa Brown of Yahoo! as Website/Tech Chair, Amanda Binns Chagnon of Turn as Co-membership Chair, Emma Coker of Firehouse as Co-membership Chair, Kelley Gibson of Turn as Co-sponsorship Chair, Allen Hooser of USA Today as Co-programming Chair, Sarah Patterson of Tremor Video as Events/Planning Chair, Brent Richey of Tapad as Co-Sponsorship Chair, and Alfred Van Hoven of Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media as Co-membership Chair.
Committee members serving on the board are Terry Hanson of Sempli.fi serving on Education and Scholarships, Michael Matijasevic of Digilant serving on the iHack committee, and Mattie Walker of Edelman serving on the PR/Communications committee. The President’s Council, consisting of all the board’s past presidents, includes: Ryan Manchee, Sheri Ferguson, Eric Clark, Sheryl Cattell, James Hering, Pete Lerma, Terry Hansen, Julie Schmitt, David Young, and Derek Zabbia.
