Judging Qualifications
Approximately 85-90% of EIMA judges will be selected from interactive marketing practitioners; 10-15% will be selected from the academic community. Interactive marketing judges selected will consist of those who are actively involved in the development or evaluation of interactive marketing campaigns, and will include both clients-side and agency personnel.
Judging Criteria
Judging criteria will be modeled after interactive marketing judging criteria. A 40-point judging system for each entry will be used. Each entry is to be judged from one to ten, in each of the following four categories:
- Creative (execution, functionality)
- Clarity of message for ad campaigns or ease of use/navigation
for web sites/technology.
- Performance. Did results meet the objectives, based on goals?
Was the campaign executed correctly?
- Overall experience
A minimum of 25 points must be scored by the winning entry. If
no entries in a category score a minimum of 25 points, no award
will be given.
Judging Process
These categories will be reviewed and voted on by members of the DFW
Interactive Marketing Association’s board of directors.
