The Recruitment Brand Marketing & Social Media Consultant has system-wide responsibility for employment marketing, advertising, social media and communications strategies within the Talent Acquisition function to attract top talent in the market place and establish Baylor Scott & White Health as an employer of choice. The Leader will develop strategies to seed the market and detailed plans to:

  • enhance our employer brand
  • create awareness of Baylor Scott White Health career opportunities
  • engage and interact with highly qualified talent
  • build pro-active talent marketing / media strategies and channels

The Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Consultant sphere of influence also includes media and candidate sources, market intelligence research and analysis, and key talent attraction programs:

  • content management – job ads, landing pages, news, blogs
  • careers web – brand, applicant portal, job search, advanced job board
  • job marketing – customized job ads, search engine optimization, email job alerts,
  • employer referral program
  • CRM
  • Analytics & reporting – site visits, applicant predictive model, campaign reporting

The Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Consultant will provide strategic consultation to Business, HR and Recruitment leaders regarding employment communication, media strategies and methodologies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with expertise in driving results through effective recruiting marketing and media strategies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; is a strategic thinker; and has experience working with various media vendors and ad agencies. The consultant should be experienced in evaluating, developing and recommending optimal recruitment campaign strategies for multiple lines of business and types of positions with proven impact and ROI results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Marketing, Business Administration preferred)
  • 5 plus years of experience with progressive responsibility required implementing strategic marketing campaigns and social media strategies
  • Prior experience establishing metrics and dashboards to illustrate the effectiveness of the strategies and tactics
  • Preferred experience in recruitment specific marketing: messaging, campaigns, materials, career website development
