The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and selling highly targeted cross media advertising programs to specific accounts in the Mid/Southwest Region. We are looking for someone with a a solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and a passion for selling technology and platform solutions.


  • Create, package, and sell Visto’s wide variety of solution-based digital media programs
  • Meet or exceed revenue and key account goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision makers at client marketing companies and their respective advertising agencies in a variety of business categories
  • Uncover new national accounts from specific categories – targeting top digital ad spenders, video advertisers, and broadcast spenders
  • Utilize strong prospecting skills
  • Craft sales presentations that specifically and distinctly differentiate and communicate Visto’s unique assets to targeted prospects
  • Smartly position Visto’s assets and capabilities in market; demonstrate the value of Visto’s quantitative audience delivery solution within the ad community
  • Work collaboratively with internal groups to structure, present, and price meaningful programs
  • Negotiate and close all deals and arrangements
  • Represent Visto at industry events, trade shows

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience selling digital media programs to advertising agencies and clients direct, SaaS experience is preferred
  • A reputation as a "go-getter" and "rainmaker"
  • A solid Rolodex. Background in selling to senior level marketing executives on agency and client side
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
  • Significant understanding of media/advertising process - ability to communicate value of Visto’s platform vs. Publisher/Content, other opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High energy! And a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrated high-level negotiating skills, and “closing” mentality
